Turbotax loaded something wrong from last year. I waited for 45 minutes to get some guy who didn't know anything about a Mac (not sure what that has to do with it). Anyway, I had to get at the end of the line for waiting and have now been listening to the same horrible song for 1 hour and 40 minutes. USE ANYONE ELSE!
